A town house of character with a lively Florentine feel, L'Alsacienne has a strong reputation which dates back to 1899. The establishment has been run for 23 years by the Henrion family, who continue to nurture their love of good cooking with passion and professionalism.
The chef M. Henrion will astonish you with an inventive traditional cuisine, the result of long experience acquired in several major restaurants and the Cheval Blanc at Carouge which he ran from 1987 to 1995.
